Use of the NULU Navigator does not require you to provide:

NULU Navigator operates using third-party infrastructure and AI services (including Pickaxe and large language model providers).

  • Are contractually restricted from using data for unrelated purposes

We remain the data controller for Navigator deployments.

5. Health Information & HIPAA

The Navigator is not a healthcare service and does not operate as a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

  • HIPAA does not apply to standard use of this tool

  • Users should not submit protected health information (PHI)

If the Navigator is deployed by or integrated into a covered entity environment, privacy obligations may differ and will be addressed separately.

6. Data Retention

  • Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes

  • Any retained session data is stored for limited durations and may be anonymized or aggregated

  • Data is not retained longer than reasonably required to support the service

When the Navigator is embedded or white-labeled by third parties:

  • Partners are required to maintain privacy transparency consistent with this policy

The Navigator is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
